As the fall weather rolls in, I find my style changing from flowing bohemian, to something a little edgier. This season's biggest trends are checked blazers, and the baker hat... and while I do own one of the two, that post won't come for awhile. In the mean time, I'm stilling rocking summer's hottest trend: the denim skirt. Okay, I shouldn't say "still." Last weekend was the only weekend I wore one, having just bought my first in the beginning of September!
A friend sent me a picture of this mesh top paired with a denim skirt, and that was the push I needed to pull the trigger on this gorgeous Oak + Fort top. I quickly paired it with a pink suede mini skirt, and loved the look (you can see those pics on Instagram for now). With the cooler weather though, and my new purple hair, pink is no longer my thing. Pink is out, and denim is in! But seriously, you'll see my wardrobe get steadily darker with less whites and more creams, navies and blacks as winter rolls in. I might even pick up this top in black.
In other news, I'm off to Seoul Fashion Week! This outfit will probably be worn again (assuming I didn't eat so much Thanksgiving dinner that this skirt no longer fits). ;)
