A Chance of Rain

It's been pretty warm, but cloudy and smoggy with a relatively high chance of rain here. While it hasn't rained on me yet, I've been living by the boy scout motto - always be prepared. And what better way to be prepared for rain than a trench coat?

I still love my Guess trench coat, but admittedly, I've been on the look out for a more classic, double breasted, and slightly longer style. If you have any suggestions, let me know! I've also been looking for a nice flowing trench coat as well. I might be a little bit obsessed....

Speaking of jackets? Did anyone take a look at the Dior Fall 2014 Haute Couture collection? I think I wanted every single jacket, both long and short, that came out of it!

This top from Chicwish is a favourite to wear at work, mainly due to the cheery yellow! I love it against the warmer denim and purple slippers. I've ordered from Chicwish for a few years now, but admittedly, I never used to wear anything too often. I tended to buy blouses and dresses that didn't really fit my casual style, but with my internship, they're being dragged out of the closet! I'm happy I can experiment with workwear at my job, as the need for something more than mini skirts, or more than a t-shirt has really allowed me to branch out! If anything, I've found a new love of button downs!
